global user?

Hi:
I am setting up sugar open source for a small business. It is a very basic set up with only a few users. I need to be able to have 2 of the users be able to have access to all data (even the leads contacts and opportunities assigned to others.) I read one of the forums about making a user a global user, but am not sure how one does that. Do I need to set up teams or roles for that? I looked through the online documentation but didn't see anything. Any help is appreciated.

If you setup those users as admin users, they would have access to all the data. That would be the simplest way of doing it, but could open up other potential issues.

Thanks for the feedback. I had tried that, but thought that some of the fields remained hidden once the leads were assigned to others. Am I thinking wrong on this? Also, your suggestion using teams or roles?
