So I've been working with support on a bounce handling issue. We use Gmail Premire for our email hosting (against by better judgement but I wasn't asked, so I deal) and I have configured a bounce handling email address that is a real Gmail account.
I've setup my campagins correctly as they go out and they have correct reply to's and all that jazz. However Sugar doesn't seem to process the bounce messages even though they are formatted what would appear to be correct. The original email is in line and not as an attachment, to the correct box, all seems well. But it seem Sugar flat out just ignores it.
Is anyone else facing this problem? Or have any work arounds for it? Support tells me that they have no intention of fixing it until sometime after 6.0 is released.
