gmail setting error

Hi,'m very new to SugarCRM so please help me.
I am working on Email module. I did the settings for Inbound email as follows:

From Address: user@gmail.com

User Name: user@gmail.com

Mail Server Address: imap.gmail.com

Mail Server Protocol: IMAP

Mail Server Port: 993

Use SSL: checked

Outgoing Mail Server: system-smtp.gmail.com



With these settings its working fine on my local system.
But it stops working on live server.

Its taking long time to when i click select button to choose folder for inbox, trash...it 's just run run not replies anything or any error.


Can anybody tell me why its taking much time??

Thanks you for your reply. I config in MS outlook and local Sugarcrm with the same information, it's good. I just have problem in share host.
When i click button "select" to choose Monitored Folders and Trash folder, i had waited for long time but it's not reply anything.
Does anyone help me, please.
Sorry for my poor English, i'm form VietNam.
