Great studio design Sugar CRM team! Whot whot! I'm sure you realize everyone appreciates this open source, but it's always nice to hear it every once in a while.

Quick Question:

I've been editing module template files (.html) by hand in the past. I noticed the save and publish features in the new studio. Can I still edit files by hand? Do I need to do a Save & Publish after I edit a module's .html file?

I know the studio "should replace" this need to edit the .html file directly, but I like to include some customizations to things like phone number formatting (JavaScript), etc. What's the best way to make sure the studio doesn't overwrite my changes to the module files?
