GrinMark MS Office Addin for SugarCRM

Hi All

Does anyone have any experience of using this addin with Sugar, I need something with this functionality but some of the reviews on this were pretty bad and I don't want to waste my clients money buying something a bit pants.

Whilel it isn't a perfect tool, it is better then Sugar Network (the 'official' one). It supports custom fields and custom modules, server-side configuration, etc.

But the best part of them is their response times, even in the weekends there was bugfixing going on while I was running a demo only. They are very friendly and assertive.

This all was about a year ago, and a few weeks ago I discovered that ther were still some issues with syncing Calendar items. I'm sure it's fixable, but it can be difficult to report replicatable bugs..

My reason for the question is that Sugar have now integrated their Outlook/Office Sync tools in to a new version called express which you have to pay $499 for 1 to 5 users, they used to offer the Sync tools as stand alone products, if you are saying that the Sugar versions are worse than GrinMark I would rather not spend $500+ for something that doesn't work well.

Have you had any experience with the new Express version and the Outlook Sync tools?
