First off, I must say that the GrinMark support has been tremendous. Alexey has done a great job in trying to help me get the plug-in going for our organization and while it works for me as an administrator, it's not working correctly for our users and Alexey and I both think it has something to do with Sugar, hence why I'm posting here.

First off, the configuration:

OS: Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard
Sugar Version: 5.2.0a
Web Server: Apache (the one included with the stack)
PHP Version: The one included with the stack
MySQL Version: The one included with the stack

Now, the problem.

As an administrator, the plug-in works great. I'm able to perform searches based on any of the categories (account, contact, case, project, opportunity, etc.). However, the problem lies with our end-users, who are not administrators in Sugar.

When they perform a search based on a case, a project, an opportunity or anything other than an account or contact, they get no results. If they search for a contact, then execute a sub-search to see all the cases for example, they get results. But if they type in the case name, or the project name, they get no results.

I also implemented the ArchiveSettings.xml option that is available to add custom search fields. In particular, we wanted to be able to search based on the case number. Again, as an administrator, when I search for the case number, it works for me, but for the end user, nothing. They are not able to search based on the case number. If I turn that person into an administrator, then everything works.

We do have a series of plug-ins that we have installed from SugarForge, along with three that we created ourselves using Studio, which are listed below:

I know this is pretty specific, but I've reached a wall and I'm not sure where to look or what I should be doing next to figure out why it's not working. If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.
