Group E-mail

Hello,

I am using SUGAR 5.0 and I have been wondering how to make the Groups e-mail work.

Actually, I have followed the thread http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showt...ht=group+email and I am still unable to make Group e-mail work.

1- I created the Group BOX and it automatically created a Folder under Emails
2- The Folder created under Emails is always empty and has no data and cannot be refreshed by "Check e-mail"
3- I ran php -f cron.php manually

Any clues?

Make sure that

the group user Assign To Folder is set.

Your host provides the email protocol you are trying to use. I could not get IMAP. It was in PHP, but not implemented as a mail protocol.

Error messages are in sugarcrm.log
