We are only using a group box via imap and not having Sugar import them or modify them in any way.
Now we would like a dashlet to be able to view and utilize those e-mails just like under the e-mail tab. I attempted to examine the myEmailsDashlet that comes with professional but, as a sugar newbie, couldn't figure out how to achieve this. I also contacted support on this and they put in a feature request for me. However, I would think that this could be achieved through a custom dashlet if I knew how to configure it.
If anyone can offer any help or even a push in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
