Group Email Inbox - HOW????

Hi everyone, i apoligise if this has been answered already but Im having a hard time with it.

Basically me and my colleague want to use seperate personal logins to Sugar, but have access to a common mailbox within sugar. We currently do this in Outlook and it works great but IT have told me that it can only be done in Sugar with us both using the same log-in, but then we loose all our personal settings and reminders!

We want to be both be logged into our individual accounts and both able to access 1 common mailbox. If one of us deletes an email from the inbox (the shared inbox), we want it do be deleted / dissepear from the other users screen so we can both work on the inbox, but not replicating what were doing, ie one of us reply then delete an email, then the other person still seeing the email also reply to it.

Can this be done at all? I would be SO grateful if someone could explain how I can set up sugar to do this as I dont want to loose all my other sugar benifits I get from having my individual login.
