SugarCRM CE 6.2.3
Under the Admin section I setup two global IMAP email accounts that everyone needs to have access to for inbound leads. This is working perfectly so far.
The problem is when they go into the email section of SugarCRM and click on search. The user enters in the email address in the FROM section and nothing comes up. If we go into the folder and look at all the emails, sort by FROM we can see the email just fine. But if we do a search and enter in the email address in the FROM box, nothing comes up.
Are these global email accounts searchable?
