I am trying to send an email to a group of people without having to insert them individually into the address field. Is there a quicker way? Can I group up some of my contacts? For example can I create a name such as IT department and have in that folder all email addresses of the IT guys and if I have an email that I need to send to them I simply click on IT department and my email goes to all of them directly? We are a tourism company so we need to send newsletters, emails to lots of customers and it would be good if I don't always have to insert each individual person into the address field. Pls help!
