I hope this is the right place to ask for this request. We are evalutaing Sugar CRM 4.2.0.d. It has been installed on a Mac OS X machine and it is working fine. We are intrested in sharing calendar schedules (meetings, calls, task, etc) among GROUPS of users but I can't find this feature. By groups we mean something like "Sales" [John, Mary and Jane) ; R&D (again John, Shally and Kate). We would like to able to create a calendar event for the group Sales and have it applied to all the users of that group. By now infact the only possibility is to invite them one by one, but this also prevents us form taking data apart.
So I ask is there any feature allowing to do this? Is it a feature available in other versions e.g. Professional, Enterprise?
