    Exclamation Group folder option missing

    Hello, I just installed SugarCRM CE Version 6.2.1 from Stack on Ubuntu. I'm having couple of issues here. I have 3 users added but all the support ticket created from cron job are getting assigned to administrator only. I want to assign tickets to users in a particular group. I've been reading various posts that I have to create a Group folder to be able to do so, however, I'm unable to find that option. I've been looking all over the settings. Is this option available in CE if yes can someone please give me the menu path? Thanks in Advance!

    Those types of accounts are defined under Admin > Inbound Email.
