We have Sugar CRM Community Edition 6.0.0
Before I ask our IT department to set things up I wanted to verify a few things..
Let's say that I able to set up a group account that automatically pulls/imports all email from one email address into CRM. Will it indeed automatically associate/relate the email to a specific account and contact.
For example:
Client emails into our central help desk.
I reply to the client and CC our central help desk email address.
Either both or the reply email will be associated to the account/contact?
