Hello.
I'm having some problems with understanding the Group Inbox functionallity and how it works. As I understood, it should be possible to recive an email to a group inbox and then distribute it amongs the users. And we guessed that it's possible to have multiple inboxes, each and everyone assigned to different usergroups. And to do that we needed different groupusers (as were created simultaneously as the inbox) But how do I enter a specific group inbox and assign emails to specific users.

Our Idea was that a number of people working with, let us say support, has access to the support group inbox where they could pick e-mails, not yet picked, and deal with them. But how do I connect a user to a certain groupinbox?

I am not sure I understood your goal correctly, but I believe what you are saying is that you want the ability to assign user A the ability to view group inbox A and user F the ability to see group inbox F and so forth. Assuming this is what you are after, there really isn't a way to directly tie a user to an inbox.

If not mistaken, you'd be able to see the various group inboxes. If you are using Pro or Enterprise, you should be able to assign the e-mails from the various inboxes to different teams which would restrict who can see them. You can try accomplishing the same via the Team OS module for Open Source, but I don't know first hand if it ties into the e-mail module.
