Grouped tabs location in Pacific theme

Hi, is there a way to change to location of the grouped tabs selector.

I like the 2 levels of the classic theme, instead of having everything on one bar.

Actually the selector is at the right of the bar. I would like to user the pacific theme but with the possibility of a 2 levels menu like the classic theme.

As far I know these theme from sugar PRO do not suports grouped tabs as the classic theme (default CE one) supports.
