Grouped Tabs Question

Hi,

I have configured Grouped Tabs for my Uers based on Departments. Can I then also hide the other grouped tabs such as Sales, Marketing, Collaboration and other from all users?

Hi Chris,

if there are certain tabs you will not need system wide for all users, then you can configure them via the Configure Group Tabs area.

If you want only certain ones to show up for certain users, then you can use Roles. EX: If you want only group A to access the Cases and Bugs from the Support Tab, then remove Accounts and Contacts. Within Roles, set up a role for group B that does not have access to Cases or Bugs. Because users from group B cannot access Cases or Bugs, and these are the only 2 modules in the Support tab, then when they log into the system, they will not see this tab
