Grouping Employees

I want a group user to have the rights to assign tasks/bugs to the people in a particular group only. How do I group the employees and how do I give those rights to the group user?

------> I was just going through the manuals and refernce documents available online and I dont see "Team Management" under the Admin tab - even though I log in as the admin. Does that come with a specific version? If so, how do I upgrade?

Teams are only available in the Pro or Enterprise editions. However, you can also download the TeamOS module for the Open Source edition to obtain similar functionality in the Open Source edition.
