Hi,
I am (still) a newbie, and setting up support and sales in SugarCRM CE 5.5.0. I have added an inbound email connection, and created a group for that mail, where I also set up a Group folder and distribution method "Round robin". A couple of unexpected things happened:
a) When I compose mail, the inbound email address is selected by default, not my primary email address.
b) All emails/cases are assigned to me, none to the other accounts
I've tried to work out how to edit group membership, but I haven't found anything. For another use case I'm working on, I'd also like to use personal inboud email accounts, but I have been unable to find out how to set up that as well.
