hacked, then some mistakes

OK,
So now I'm kicking myself in the head!

After a server hack that effected all php files, I've been one by one fixing all of our scripts; Sooo annoying...

When I got around to Sugar CRM, I just went for a manual upgrade from a beta version that I have no record of to the latest SugarCE-6.4.0beta6

Where I have made a big mistake and having difficulties back tracking is as follows. I backed up the original database, created a new one for the new installation, then overwrote the new database with the old one.

Now that I have done this, I'm getting the following error message:

Sugar CRM 6.4.0beta6 Files May Only Be Used With A Sugar CRM 6.4.0beta6 Database.

I'm scared... What have I done?

Just found out that the version is 6.3.0beta6
