Hi, I am new to CRM software and I am hopeing somebody can offer a little advice.
We are a service company and ideally I want to be able to use the software to log jobs received against an account, creating an order reference number etc, then whoever is doing the work be able to go in and update the file with progress, tick off specific tasks which would be done on a job etc.
Is this possible in sugarcrm CE? Or can a module be added to do this?
Any assistance would be much appreciated!
