Has anyone got the TinyMCE File manager working as explained on wiki?

I've been working at this issue for the last few hours.

With the release of Sugar 5.1CE the email wysiwyg editor (tiny_mce) does not include the ability to 'upload' images anymore.
Wiki talks about the tiny file manager http://www.sugarcrm.com/wiki/index.p...e_File_Manager

So I go to the site that is linked from Wiki and download Ajax File and Image Manager Version1.0 RC4 (I also tried: Tinymce Ajax File and Image Manager Version1.0 RC2 , but there is no download for this)

After following the instructions and doing a database repair and repairing the cache, the email screen does not load properly and there's an error that I can pull up and view the details on..
If I click on "compose email" I also get a different error that I can pull up details on:

Furthermore, when I click on "create email template" and choose to insert an image, there is no button available still to browse and upload images.

This is running on PHP 5.2, SugarCRM 5.1CE and IIS 6.0.

Any assistance with this would be appreciated.
