I'm using SugarSuite OpenSource 4.5.0d (German localization) on a webserver. I am the only user who uses sugar for managing my contacts etc. But when I'm abroad I would like my colleagues to look in my account, i.e. to see my calendar or my activities. But I don't want them to change anything. I tried to to this with different roles and a guest user, but the guest user couldn't use my calender. Wwhat I need, is a user who is exactly like me, but doesn't have the right to change anyting.

I couldn't find anything in the forum, so I would be glad if someone could help. Thanks.
