Having an issue with workflows

Hi,

I'm having an issue with 4 workflows I've set up. The problem is that I've enabled these workflows to create a new call in my call list, but for some reason, new account sign-ups are not actually displaying in said call list?

Everything looks good in the workflow. I've set the proper conditions and created an appropriate action. Any ideas as to why this isn't working?

Try changing the processing order from "Alerts then Actions" to "Actions then Alerts". I have had issues with this in the past.
