Having trouble with email attachments

Good morning all (or afternoon depending on where you are)

I'm having trouble attaching documents from sugar documents. The documents are there and they can be opened via the documents module, however they will not attach when clicked on in the popup screen.

Hi thanks for getting back so soon. I haven't but that does sound a good place to look as everything works on our test server but not on the production server. Could you tell me what variables I have to adjust in this file.
