Having trouble with incoming mail (1and1)

I can send mail, but can't recieve mail. I am currently trying to get a 5.5.2 sugar installation on 1and1 host configured for mail...After configuring the incoming group mail settings they passed the configuration test. I have an old 5.2 installation of sugar on another 1and1 hosted site, where mail works perfectly. Now, I noticed a slight difference in configuration options, where the older version gives me the ability to create inboxes for each user.... the newer installation (5.5.2) only allows me to create group accounts for incoming.: When mail is sent, it is received fine, but when replied to it gets kicked back and never makes it to sugarcrm incoming mail.

Am I missing something here... the configuration seems straight forward.

Hi No I have the same problem exactly. I have even opened a gmail account and tested it on that but to no avail. I think my problem is that my domain name is hosted on a seperate server and Sugarcrm is on a completely different server. But I can't work out what to do. Have you had any luck?

I can send, but no combination of settings so far will allow me to receive. Our email is POP3 based.
