Having trouble linking Contacts to Accounts

Hi -

Using Open Source 4.5.1d

I'm having some trouble linking Contacts to Accounts. For some reason in the Contacts, clicking the Accounts 'select' button does nothing. I can create & link them just fine if I enter contacts via the Accounts module, but not vice versa. Anyone seen this before and can offer a solution?

If you are using FireFox then click on tools->error console and see the Javascript error that is being generated. I am not sure what to do in IE, maybe there is a javascript error icon at the bottom left of the screen you can click on. I really have no guess but some possibilities are:

1. Popup blocker
2. Missing or permission denied on the .js file that allows for the popup window
3. A bad upgrade left you with an old javascript file that is incompatible now.

For a customer of us we experience also a problem with this javascript. It's a 4.5.1. install upgraded to 4.5.1.d. This problem was as well before as after the upgrade.

The list is generated, but freezes when selecting an account.

Error: document.getElementById(sqs_objects[sqs_object_id].populate_list[j]) has no properties

I am having exactly this same issue at present. Is there any solution short of an upgrade?
