Held calls won't go away

I like that the dashlet will let me know about calls that are past the due date in red... but they stay there.... even when the status is "held"! They should go away when the call is held, beccuase the need for the reminder is gone and finished.
Is this a bug, or something counter-intuitive I'm not understanding?

Have you clicked on the edit (pencil) icon for that dashlet, and checked the filter settings? It lets you control what status of calls will be listed in the dashlet.
