help!!!!!!!!!!

I know this has been asked, discussed to death etc.
but i am not a programmer but would love to be able to do this.

When a task is closed or updated, saved then to update a field in contacts with the subject field info and another field in contacts be updated with the description info from tasks.

This can be done by programming a custom logic hook - contact us directly if you would like us to help you with this. This is usually pretty easy to do and would not take much time.

If you have the Pro or Enterprise edition, you could use the Workflow feature to do this without programming.

yes i have pro, but nowhere in the workflow does it say fill in details from this field. Either im doing something wrong or i missed the part where you can do this, because when i say update field, it asks me for the field, but i cannot say from this or that field, only text.
