I have some problems and I would really appreciate your help.

First of all I would like to know how to make visible the Account options, contacts, etc. toolbar. This toolbar is just over the last consulted contacts. It's now gone and I don't know how to make it appear again.

Then I have another question about the fields inside the Accounts. I wanted to add more options (Dropdowns). I can do it from the Studio option but they don't appear in the menu where you fill in the new Account data, and I don't know how to do it.

I'm starting to create the data base and everything's new for me.
