Default Help in activating the dropdown editor

Can someone help me with this one please.

When going to admin-->dropdown editor, the browser does not show the editor on the screen. I get the everything above the 'last viewed:' line at the top.

    I am using Firefox.

    Many thanks.

    Hey Tony,

I'm using SugarCRM not so long, and the first time I used Firefox also, the layout of the SugarCRM is different and I have the same with the Dropdown Editor and the Studio Function.

Use Internet Explorer, it works better with SugarCRM, I don't know why, maybe because Firefox missing some plug-ins. But with Internex Explorer works te Studio and Dropdown Editor well.

    greets,

    Stefan.

Stefan thank you for your reply. I have just tried it with IE and is the same. No editor comes up.

If it helps, the following line shows the script and parameters as shown on the browser.

    .....index.php?module=ModuleBuilder&action=index&t ype=dropdowns

    Can't figure it out??

    Hi, gtony.

Which is the language pack you are using? en_us or non en_us?

Some language packs other then en_us can have some bugs into SugarCRM 5.0 which difficult browsing into Studio and ModuleBuilder.

sk1983, I disagree IE is better than Firefox using SugarCRM.

    Cheers

    Thanks André.
I am using the English pack. Having read posts in this area, I am aware that I can edit the language file as a last option. It would just be nice to be able to do it through the GUI.

    With regards
    Tony
