Default Help - all Sugar emails received in Junk Folder

I have been doing some testing to see why we have such a low read rate on our campaign emails.

Upon further investigation, it seems that all emails sent from Sugar email client or campaign manager will go into Junk folder of Outlook if the junk settings are on high.

I sent a text only email with jsut a subject and no body and it appeared in the Junk folder. I sent an equivalent email from outlook and it appeared in the inbox just fine.

This is very disturbing and a major problem, serious enough for us to seriously consider ditching Sugar and moving to something else (I have just moved from GM to Sugar so this would be a major problem).

Does anyone know anything about this and how can we find an immediate solution?
    Cheers

Check the recieved email headers looking for reasons why the filter was triggered.

Have a sdearch in these forums about similar spam issues. common problems are misconfigured sendmail/email transfer agent not using the proper IP address / DNS MX record for the sender.

How do you do this? I am not an expert on email?

Is there a way to get Outlook (2003) to tell you why it figured an email to be junk?

I am not using SendMail, I am using a Pop 3 server, the same one that Outlook uses to send just fine and so does GoldMine. so the problem must be somewhere in Sugar itself.
