Hi all, sugar has been working fine for us for a few months, but yesteday, all incoming attachments are being truncated when using the sugar email client. There is no hard limit on how large they are when truncated(i.e. truncated files are not the same size, but 60k seems to be the largest). I did try to install the gannt chart module (located at http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/attac...achmentid=2188) which didnt' give an error message during install, but did not show up in the installed modules either, so it is not 'unistallable'. I have no idea if this is related to the problem or not. I just upgraded from 4.5.1b to 4.5.1d (open source) this morning trying to fix this, but no luck..I also installed ZuckerReports yesterday, but I cannot find any evidence that it modifies email module code. If I check the same accounts with another client, like Outlook, everything is fine. We're using POP3. Any one have any clues? I've searched the sugarcrm.log, php & apache error logs and cannot find anything... email is being checked via pop3.. any clues? I have also searched the forums, but no luck yet.
my php.ini is set to accept files up to 250mb....
Thanks in advance for any insight..
p.s... it also takes quite some time for sugar to 'check email' when there is something on the server for it to pull down, when I look at the raw source of the email messages, the UUencoded data simply stops (i.e. there is no end statement and any additional attachments are not included) is there some hard limit somewhere (other than php.ini which i've set to virtually NEVER timeout) that I could increase? I see that there are Imap timeouts in the Email module, but I dont see anything similar for POP3.
