Help with auto ticket notification!!!!!!

Good morning every one

I have a client that is still on 4.5.1. and they do not want to upgrade? don't know why but here lies my question.

You can tick on notify on assignment which works fine. but how do i change the template of the mail that gets sent.

I need to put in a logo.

You can add some HTML to add a logo or image to the existing template.
