Help with Calendar

Hey guys. Please can you assist me with the following:

My call lady will make a call to a client and says phone me in 2 weeks time. She then does a call log and types it in and then clicks duplicate and changes the date for 2 weeks time so that it puts it in her calendar to remind her that she must phone on this day. It shows on the calendar but it shows as existing customer. I would like to have it display the company that she phoned? how is this possible ?
