    Default Help with Call function

    Hey guys. Im new to this Sugar CRM but so far it looks like a nice program.

    I need to know if this is possible to do with Sugar CRM (free package). I have a lady in my company that just phones clients on a daily basis. She writes everything down and then next to it says call in 3 weeks time. and she does that for all our customers. ( we do do labels so we contact them and see if they need more labels)

    Is it possible to set up something that she can go onto the call tab. She can say log call for what she is doing and then if the client says phone back in 2 weeks there is a place for her to diarise it for 2 weeks time. Then when 2 weeks have come. When she opens up Sugar CRM it tells her that today she has to call these people? Is Something like this possible ?

    Your Lady calls the potential customer, creates a call to document the content of the call, saves the call and then she duplicates that call, chnges the date to today + 2 weeks and writes some memo for herself to the description.

    In two weeks she will be reminded to call that customer...

    Ok perfect thanks for that. Just one question. The duration tab. the phone calls are quick. Hello do you need labels : No. Ok thanks .... like 1 min call but it only allows you call duration's for 15 min a session. is there an option to make this field not mandatory ?

    Do you ever need the duration field?
    If not, you could remove it from the edit- and detailview.
