This has been an issue since we first installed SugarCRM over a year ago however, it has recently become a very large pain in my "eye"

we are running 4.5.1 with TeamOS and Windows XP.

I have fiddled around with it quite a bit but cant seem to figure it out. ANyone have any ideas?
