I'm not sure about the Webserver, PHP and MySQL versions - where could I find this information?

Ok, sorry for all of the questions. I'm a compete novice and would be hugely grateful if someone could talk me through this.

I installed SugarCRM onto my machine (local access only) using the stack installer, and have been using it very successfully - has certainly helped my business.

1. How do I back up? Where would the files be located on my computer?

2. I now need one of my employees to be able to access the database, so how can I now upload the database/ host the database online?
