Help creating a report with Zucker Reports

I've got Sugar CRM 4.5 installed with the latest Zucker Reports, everything seems to be configured correctly and working, but now that I'm that far I have absolutely NO idea how to create the type of report that I want. All I am looking for is a single, simple report that:
-Has my logo at the top
-is based off of the open tasks on a client account

-includes the following fields:
account name:
date in
time in
date out
time out
priority
reason for visit
details

and that's it. I've got Acrobat pro, so from a nicely formatted HTML report screen I'd print it out as a PDF and email it.
If someone could help me setup a successful form, I'll pay you, I'm just so frustrated. Thanks!

You must use iReport to desing your report and then upload it lo Sugar.

IReport tutorials aren't good, but if you try a little you'll be able to design your reports.

Posters like you are always welcome here. You don't have to pay a single dollar for using all this software, so I personally think you could at least learn the basics by yourself. Your question (or a rather similar one) has been posted here a douzens of times. You find a tutorial (free!) at sugarforge on how to build your own reports. If you expect to find someone here in this forum who holds your hand while doing some drag&drop tasks: good luck, and if you found him please tell me his name, I always have need for some slaves.
