I am VERY new to Sugar and could use some help.
I am using the OS version and would like to use the accounts area to keep track of the equipment/software/configuration of my various clients. What I would like to do is to create a separate section(s) in the accounts tab to add all of this in.
So, can I create a sub-tab?
Beyond that, could someone point me in the right direction on how to make the changes I am talking about. For example. if I want to document the ip addresses of the client's router/server/printers/other static ip devices how would you recommend doing that?
I plan on spending a lot more time reading docs but would appreciate a nudge in the right direction.
