Hello,
I am new to Sugar CRM and to the forums. I am looking for a way to customize the dashboard. I am trying to display a defined set of opportunities for each user. I guess the best way to describe it is as a hierarchy. I would like our president to see a graph containing the total dollar amounts of the company's opportunities. If the president has four people reporting to him those four people can login to Sugar and only see graphs showing the total dollar amounts for their teams. Then those four people each have four people and they can only view the opportunities below them. The key is that everyone that logs in can see all of the opportunities below them (through multiple tiers), but they cannot see further up the tree (what the president sees).
Is there something in Sugar that can accommodate this that I have overlooked? Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction?
