HELP! dont want to lose my job !

Hi,
Have just installed SugarCRM 4.5.0h on a virtual machine running Win2K3 R2, using the Bitrock installer.
The install finished fine, and works great.. except for one feature. Outgoing mails dont go via SMTP, and the compose a mail page just returns a blank page. I decided to check the sugarcrm.log file, and found it to be empty. Logged in admin, and enabled log slow quary and trace stack features. After that, all sugar crm pages started throwing up errors on the pages .... example below...

PLEASE HELP...i'll lose my job if i dont get this fixed asap...
any help would be appreciated...

This won't resolve everything, but it's a first step at least- looks like your web server doesn't have rights to edit the log file. In the security for that file, give the internet guest account (usually IUSR_machinename) MODIFY AND WRITE rights for the log file. Maybe then you'll at least get more information about what's happening.
