Question. I set up a lead and recorded a call under the call log. After the call I converted the lead to an opportunity and and sent the customer an email.

Is there a way to see all of the call and email history etc when i pull up the account. Right now I get different information depending on the screen I am in.

If I record a case later down the road will this be a problem trying to see all of a customers info on 1 screen?
