Help - Email - FATAL SugarCRM - MySQL error 2006

Hi,

I just prepared a new environment for sugar 5.0.0.

At Emails, when I try to "Check Mail", a text box appears "Checking for new Email", and next box "Exception Occurred - Communication Failure".

SugarCRM imported 12 emails, but at the mail server, there is about 380 emails, that I need them to be linked to the contacts, for history.

If it is a new and fresh environment, where can I locate the error?

Hi,

It is me again! Well, I have told you before that SugarCRM was imported 12 e-mails. Now, I just saw them and now there is just 4 emails. 8 emails just disappeared from Sugar!

At Outlook and at the mail server, everything looks all right.

Other thing: my SugarCRM application is hosted at www.siteground.com.
