We have been using Sugar CRM for years now and have around 3 / 4 users listed on it and we use Sugar on a daily basis. However this morning all the users have tried to login and they are all coming up password / username error.

All the passwords and usernames are right ! So l logged in via the "admin" account and every page l try and access it says

"Error retrieving record. You may not be authorized to view this record"

Help please ..... we are using Version 3.0.1b
