Help with failed import products

I'm trying to import products into the catelog. It keeps telling me I'm missing a required field. From what I see, the required fields are:
Product Name
List Price
Discount Price
Cost
default pricing formula

anyone know of any others required on import but not showing up as *? I've made this import as simple as possible with 10 records, comma delimited, made sure no extra single or double quotes, and have also included data for fields
manufacturer
product type
product category

Also matchin manufacture, product types and categories have already been entered.

If you have ANY ideas, or have successfully imported a product file, could you give me a small sample file I can test and see if I can see anything wrong with mine?

OK, so I'm by the 1st problem. It turns out it was "$" included in price items in the import file. That solved, I'll close this item and move on to other issues with the "products" side of SUGARCRM.
