hello,

we have a website with our own customer database. now i want to use sugarCRM but i have few question

1/ How to update the sugarCRM automatiquely with our customer database? our database is all the time updated (for exemple when a customer register himself on our website or when a customer update his account)

2/ We receive each days 1500 new leads that i want to import in sugarCRM. But how to avoid duplicate ?

Hi Stephane!

As i understand you need functionality for converting leads from your database to SugarCRM database.
i think that you need custom SugarCRM code for doing this. ( we can develop it for you)
As for duplicates you can add new field to "lead" in sugar and save there ID from old database and it can be used in converting leads functionality.
Sure we can develop the functionality for checking if lead already exists ( for new leads).
