HELP! How does a new user get to sign in?

I am NOT an IT person... so please keep responses simple

I have downloaded SugarCRM Community and am the admin for the account. I have created two new user accounts. I can log into them from my computer. So they are functional. I copy/pasted the URL that leads to the login screen which is:

<http://127.0.0.1:8080/sugarcrm/index.php?action=Login&amp;module=Users>

Both users are in another state so I can't play on their computers to figure it out, but neither can access the CRM I have already entered records into.

Do they need to each download something as well? And if so, what do they need to download and where do they specify the information so they get access to the CRM I have already been putting info into rather than the download acting as though they want to create a new CRM?

Your URL suggests it is installed in your local computer.

I would like to inform you that if you want to access the SugarCRM on different computers, you need to put it in either intranet or internet.

Ok, perfect... how do I put it on the internet? We do not have an intranet.
