Help! I can't get my SugarCRM login page.It does not show!

I have a terrible problem.I install Openvpn yesterday . And today when I want to log in sugarCRM.My firefox can't show the login page but some strange codes like:

Does anybody know what is the wrong with this?I have updated the system and restarted the system .But it still does not work.I have got some Warning from SElinux like

:run  chcon -t httpd_sys_content_t '/var/cache/php-eaccelerator/e/9/eaccelerator-86746.998541' to allow access.

In my condition ,I'm using Fedora 11 with firefox3.5.5. php-5.2.11,mysql-5.1.37,httpd-2.2.13.
And i'm using SugarCE-5.2.0j.
I will appreciate it if someone can give me any advice.Thank you in advance.

Version 5.2j doesn't support PHP 5.2.11 and causes this problem. Upgrade to 5.2k or downgrade your PHP version.
