Help with ideas

Hey guys. Iv been trying this for the last 2 hours and cant seem to figure it out so please can i pick your brains.

My sales lady needs to phone clients all day long ok. Now she goes to accounts - calls (sub panels) and creates a call. and the client orders. so she fill out the form and saves it.

Now she phones the next client and the client says phone in 2 weeks time. So she must create a call and say by telephonic conversation - "spoke to client and said i must phone in 2 weeks time" and save it.

NOW - what must she do go and duplicate the call and save it for 2 weeks time? What method must she use? Then in the calendar it says existing customer. It does not say the name that she must phone unless she clicks on it.

Please help with ideas?

Ok so she goes to accounts and goes down the sub pannels and clicks on calls and fills out the form as follows :



and the customer said she must phone back on the 16th. So she fills out the form (top image). Then saves it and clicks duplicate and changes the date. As follows :



But then when she goes and views her calendar this is what it shows exisitng customer and not the customers name?



also how will she be able to search for calls that she needs to do 2mrw the next day and the following day?

What would you suggest i do?

Is there any logic hook or worflow for Calls?

is there any way to change the calendar so that it does not show new customer or existing customer. If i could get help with that it could help me a lot.
